Betsy DeVos, Trump’s new secretary of Education, was formerly Betsy Prince. Her brother, Erik founded the infamous mercenary firm Blackwater. He apparently wants Trump to “recreate a version of the Phoenix Program, the CIA assassination ring that operated during the Vietnam War, to fight ISIS.”
