SCOTUS Visa Case Implies Biden Border Order Is Unconstitutional

Biden’s  automatic amnesty granted to illegal immigrant spouses of American citizens extend way beyond the obvious. Of course it will create a massive Dem voting bloc ( not that the elections aren’t already rigged and fraught with  obvious fraud, irregularities- more votes than constituents, multiple ballots, machines switching votes, inaccurate tabulation, hacked, ballot stuffing, R ballots discarded, no photo ID, no verification).

But who are said to” spouses” ? Why are they here? “ Love and romance”? Bullshit. Half are here only to game the system and swapping cash for citizenship. Nothing new. And then there are the truly nefarious. Drug traffickers, human traffickers, child sex traffickers, MS-13,Islamist terror networks, foreign spies, violent criminals with warrants,mentally ill formerly  institutionalized loose cannons, welfare scammers… none of it altruistic or positive.

Apparently, we’ve learned nothing from Carter’s Mariel Boatlift that turned Miami into a killing zone, only to be followed by Reagan’s mass amnesty. “ Scarface” was more reality than fiction. I was a Miami native in my youthful during those years. Surprised I lived through it. Sadly, many of my friends and acquaintances didn’t. And the corruption spread like wildfire. Every politician, business and industry fell into bed with the Colombian, Salvadoran, Nicaraguan and Cuban drug lords, money launderers and extortionists. One had to be a Billy Graham Evangelical purist to avoid the consequences. Or oblivious.

Isn’t it ironic that Dementia Joe has used his pen to undo every sensible policy enacted by Trump ( who couldn’t pass legislation thanks not only to the Dems, but with the UniParty Republicans and the zealots on the right? Imagine. If he wasn’t forced to enact EOs, we’d have 7million fewer illegals,tens of  thousands fewer rapes, stabbings,beatings, armed robberies, murders… far more full time employment opportunities,less debt, smaller classrooms and more attention paid to the needs of American citizens.

The Republicans deserve plenty of blame. Particularly the saboteurs,Ryan, Mitch, McCain,Flake, Murkowski, Mitt, Graham,Cheney, Christie, Kerner, Pence , Rove… Good ‘Ole W…
