I heard over 20 tickets were handed out for people on the beach in Carlsbad, 10 or 12 in Ocean Beach, etc.
So far I am allowed to walk in the neighborhood…and I found a Target today that wasn’t limiting bottled water! Who knew that at age 60 these would be the events that I would consider the highest form of available liberty!
