I don’t think there was ever a time when Biden could have run a lemonade stand. He was a dumb jock in high school and college. As long as he won on the field, they winked and nodded at his idiocy in the classroom. He probably sniffed cheerleaders’ hair, and they welcomed it. He was young, handsome, and popular, and it was the 60s. So the practice continued, and when it became creepy, well he was a Senator, and you can’t fight city hall. Just ask Juanita Broaddrick.  He graduated low in his class from a third-rate law school after being caught plagiarizing. People like that don’t get smarter after they finish school. He never had a real job. Once in politics, he used his office to enrich himself and his kin. He never had to do anything productive.
