Where is Joe Biden? The letter allegedly signed by Biden announcing his resignation from the presidential race has no official White House letterhead and a signature that differs from his usual official handwriting, Biden has been missing for 4 1/2 days. His brother told CBS Biden is in declining health and that his family wants to enjoy what time Biden has left.
