Update on Urgent Request to Support Dr. Sam Bailey from NZ Government Tyranny

First, THANK YOU for everyone who has donated so far to Dr Sam Bailey’s fundraiser to protect her and her family from losing their home due to the ILLEGAL efforts of the New Zealand Government to silence her, bankrupt her family, SIEZE ALL THEIR PROPERTY AND THEIR HOME and, essentially, remove her as a person.

Many of you donated what you could responding to my recent LRC Post, “URGENT: Please Help Dr. Sam Bailey in Her Fight for Free Speech & YOUR Health Freedom.” 

You’ve made a difference and the Baileys are very close now to achieving their goal of $250,000 NZ ($140,000 USD).

Yesterday, Dr Tom Cowan had Dr Mark Bailey on his Live Podcast and devoted the first 28 minutes allowing Mark to update everyone.

What impacted me was how much more detail Mark presented which listed the horrific actions of the New Zealand Government in their tyrannical efforts.

INTERVIEW TIMELINE & POINTS DISCUSSED:

4:35  The Background Story

6:33  NZ tells Sam to sign a “voluntary” Gag Order and she refuses.

7:50  Sam asks to remove herself from NZ Medical Register and the NZ Medical Board refused to do so – so could they level charges against her as having had received a few complaints against her videos, NOT her performance as a doctor. Sam challenges them in the NZ High Court pointing out her videos are publications and are NOT complaints from patients. In fact, she had ZERO complaints as a doctor over her entire medical career. 

11:00 Then, the NZ Medical Board commits perjury and Dr. Sam was de-banked and her liability insurance companies drop her coverage.

11:30 Sam has dropped her Medical Doctor license yet she had to go to court several times – at her own cost – and she temporarily “WINS.”

13:20 BUT, then, she is prosecuted again – for presenting someone else’s research work done in 1999 (“The Yin and Yang of HIV” a 3-part series which you can watch HERE, HERE and HERE). She is fined an additional $88,000 NZ just for presenting the findings.

15:00 The NZ Medical Council announces they’re going to “Proceed with Bankruptcy” on November 5, 2026 unless the Baileys pay $250,000 NZ ($140,000 USD). Here is what Bankruptcy means in NZ:

• Liquidate the Person Completely
• The NZ Govt takes control of your Bank Accts.
• Seizes all property you own, including your home.
• Seizes your passport to stop you from traveling.
• Stops you from working – And, if you do work you have to give all those proceeds to the government.
