Some self-assured know-it-all on all matters liberal and libertarian claims to have established “the classical liberal case for Israel”.
Here’s from “The Constitution for Israel”:
ARTICLE 12: LANDS OF ISRAEL
Section 1.
- (a) All lands of Israel shall be held in the public trust; land shall not be held in exclusive private ownership.
So much for this “expert’s” expertise.
