Most of the details from the newly declassified File 17 of the 28 pages still classified from the U.S. congressional investigation of 9/11 are about two of the terrorists of 9/11 and their friends who lived here in San Diego very near where I live in La Jolla. I have written many times about the two terrorists because it has been obvious from what we have known from the time of the first official reports that they were closely connected with other radical Muslims here in the north San Diego area who clearly  helped them prepare for their attacks on 9/11.

This file notes that these two lived in a very large apartment complex in Clairemont , a north San Diego neighborhood about ten miles south of La Jolla. As far as I knew from the earlier info., these two landed at LA International Airport and drove south to this area and rented the Clairemont apt. We also knew that at some point not long after living there they got help from a retired Muslim prof. at San Diego State who had been an FBI informant, a crucial detail not mentioned here which made it likely the FBI knew about them almost from the beginning. The bit of “info” below about a Saudi who met them by accident in a restaurant and directed them to Clairemont and thence to the Muslim helpers there seems absurd. He was obviously their contact at or near LAX and directed them here to these helpers.

I think it is even more obvious from the few new details below in File 17 that these two crucial 9/11 terrorists were known by FBI agents in touch with the large Muslim community in that area and eastward.

Bob Graham points to this material as keys to understanding what happened, obviously especially the still secret top Saudi connections [Bob Graham is  a member of the old, rich Miami family from Coral Gables and Miami High His cousin Graham  was the head of the Washington Post with its CIA connections, and Bob was a U.S. Sen. for Florida and heavily involved in all of this. He is legally unable to tell what he knows but he has gotten more and more insistent on pointing to these key Saudi secret connections of the terrorists of 9/11. He is about the same age as me, nearly 80, and wants to get these vital truths out to Americans while he can without violating any top secret laws. I believe he is a patriotic American who wants these truths known.

Since the evidence is pretty clear that the Saudis have been providing massive financial help to ISIS in its war against the Shia nations of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Hizbollah Lebanon, I think it is now very important to know what they have been doing behind their fronts of “friendly” relations with the U.S. over all these years. [BTW, the File info below does not mention that the Bushes, especially Bush SR., have been very closely involved with the Saudi oil princes for decades and Bush Sr., who was director of the CIA before becoming Vice Pres. and Pres., was very close to the heads of the Saudi “CIA.” The Bushes have been crucial from the beginning in protecting their Saudi friends. The Saudis gave the Clinton’s at least $25,000,000 through the Clinton Foundation and they have been paymasters for U.S. pols. involved in Middle East policies routinely. I believe it was some of Bush Sr.’s Saudi connections who bought Bush Jr.’s wildcat oil co. to prevent his losing it all in bankruptcy. That gave him a big leg up to gov. of Texas and then U.S. president just before the 9/11 attacks. I think the secrecy of those 28 crucial pages is protecting Americans like the Bushwhackers as well as the Saudi royal family and government.

I hope Bob Graham will step foreword and tell us all about these things some day soon.
