Years ago you pointed out that men and women of ability are staying away from government service and that Washington is suffering a brain drain. You turned out to be right. Unfortunately, the fact that most of the people in government are incompetent because of this brain drain has only opened the door for power hungry men outside the government to take charge and manipulate the government for their own purposes. They may continue to do this until the government in Washington finally falls.
