“Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
That is the law that Congress must follow. Every member of government “swears” that they will obey that law. Why is there a bill in Congress designed to send anti-war college protesters to Gaza?
