Why Is It?

Why is it that Republicans last year passed a bill to repeal Obamacare and sent it to President Obama when they knew he would certainly veto it, but now with a Republican in the White House, they have yet to pass a similar bill and send it to the president? What are they waiting for? Sounds like the attempt to repeal Obamacare was all just a show, as is most everything else the Republicans do.
