Hope you are doing well.
My debut piece in Townhall.com came out today. I give my opinion as to why higher education has become so leftist infiltrated. Given you’ve been in academia for a long period of time, I’d be curious to hear what you think. I’ve attached the article below:

Very good. Excellent. Congratulations.
Milton Friedman’s theory was that a lot of lefties went to college and got advanced degrees in order to escape being drafted to fight in vietnam. They are now the deans, provosts, presidents and profs of many universities. That’s a pretty good explanation in my view. But it doesn’t explain, also, the left take over of newspapers, tv, the pulpit, Hollywood legal profession.
