What’s Wrong with Public Schools in Seven Letters
October 5, 2020
I noticed today on the marquee of an elementary school in my county, Orange County, Florida, that LGBTQIA+ Awareness Month has been proclaimed in Orange County Public Schools.
“School Board Chair Teresa Jacobs, a Republican who previously served as Orange County mayor and commissioner, said at the board meeting that her party doesn’t have a “great reputation on this issue.’ But the proclamation, Jacobs said, was one she wanted passed — and its message is one she wanted all students to hear.”
Tell me again why we are supposed to elect Republicans instead of those evil Democrats.
