As if determined to out-silly all other dictatorships, even the feds, New Jersey is now prosecuting a stand-up comic who held a BB-gun for a role he played in a low-budget movie. Yes. A BB-gun, not an actual pistol. For a film, i.e., make-believe. No matter: cretinous bureaucrats are wasting their serfs’ taxes on caging this husband and father for years (accounts vary as to whether he’d languish for 5 or 10).
