“Walking Jack” Perry: Trump Carrier Deal

December 1, 2016

Let me see if I understand this correctly: Before even taking office, Trump swings a deal to keep about 1,000 jobs in the United States and not outsourced to Mexico. The media criticizes him because Mexico is whining over it. Excuse me, but instead of “creating jobs” like the Democrats claim to do, he keeps existing jobs here. And this is bad why? I’ve seen the “jobs” that Obama “created”: Part-time, low-wage, “flexible schedule” gigs. “Careers” like slinging coffee at various chain coffeehouses, sign-twirling at intersections, sandwich assembly jobs at chain sandwich shops, “customer service” cubicle-slave positions at phone banks, and so on. Yeah, those were Obama’s “shovel ready” jobs. He just didn’t say what you’d be shoveling, but it comes out of the southbound end of a northbound bull. And those were the “good jobs” he touted as “economic recovery”. One more such recovery and we’re ruined.
