Any Cuban who steps one foot on shore in the U.S. can stay. Many don’t, however. They stay for a few months — long enough to apply for and receive welfare benefits, supplemental social security payments, disability payments, etc., and then return to Cuba and live high on the hog at American taxpayers’ expense. Then they repeat the scam.
Look for all those traveling welfare parasites in Europe to do the same, and then eventually make it to the U.S. to milk the American welfare system as well.
