It stars a young vivacious Bette Davis; the womanizing arrogant scoundrel Warren William as the cynical, Machiavellian campaign manager; and the incredible Guy Kibbee as the doltish idiot Progressive Party gubernatorial candidate. Politically-incorrect on so many levels, it could never be made today.
