Taxpayer-Funded Transgender Surgery

I did not realize until I read this creepy NYT article that “Medicare lifted its ban on gender reassignment surgery last year” or that “the federal government ordered its insurance carriers to cover transition-related care for its employees” or that “nine state Medicaid programs have dropped their exclusions for transgender health care.” And some people thought I was crazy for saying that the military will soon pay for this type of surgery and be flooded with new recruits. The day is surely coming soon.
