Yoo’s legal “reasoning” is always great for a good laugh when it doesn’t make your blood boil over. Of course he loves the move: not authoritarian at all before adding that people need to get over their fear of seeing the military roaming around the country a lot more. Jones makes one good point–how can you nationalize what’s already Government Motors?
