Sexual Harassment, Gender, Discrimination, Racism, and General Mistreatment of Employees

That’s what several dozen employees of the Southern Poverty Law Center accused the organization of in a signed memo to the organization before the SPLC fired its founder, Morris Dees.  In a blog a couple of year ago I pointed out the oddity of how the SPLC touts itself as a “civil rights” organization but at the time, according to its own executive profiles on the Web, there were a dozen or so vice presidents being paid six-figure salaries and every one of them was white.
