Rock Removal: the Right Side of History

More coverage of the removal of the racist boulder that was deposited at the campus of the University of Wisconsin thousands of years ago, presumably by a white supremacist glacier from Canada.

Actual quotes from the article: “The world is getting a little better today,” and “Now is a moment for all of us BIPOC students to breathe a sigh of relief, to be proud of our endurance, and to begin healing.” 😂

The rock was removed to a plot of land owned by the university. No word yet if the university will be providing interpretive plaques, emotional support animals, or if counselors will be standing by.
