Lew, I recall how the former Cato Institute Vice President for International Junketeering and Gay Bar Hopping, whose job description apparently included libeling anyone associated with the Mises Institute or Ron Paul, once attempted on his blog to portray Auburn as a backward version of “Deliverance.”

Being a Washingtonian, this creep fancied himself to be quite the cosmopolitan hipster.  As you point out in your blog, the real hipsters love places like Auburn, Alabama, and think of DC as a cold, dirty, statist cesspool filled with old geezers like the Cato creep.
