More Tears From Grown Men

wanted to say thank you for the posting that ad on the blog. And I’ll be honest. I’m guilty. It brought tears to my eyes. The ending really did it for me. I posted it on my Facebook page. I wrote this along with it: “This ad came out in 2014 on the 100th anniversary of the Christmas Truce between the British, French and German troops that fought in World War I. Very touching at the end. The film Joyeux Noel (Merry Christmas in French) is based on the truce that took place. Imagine for a moment, in one instant, men who were committed to killing one other, defied their own governments and made peace with each other. A lesson that could be learned today.”
But sadly won’t be.
