Masks: A Sinister Circle

Sal Fariello “is an internationally acclaimed technical writer and forensic automotive engineer. He has distinguished himself in technical publications management, human factors and industrial safety, injury biomechanics, as well as automotive and electronics technical writing and training using print and audio-visual formats, and automotive service management.” He’s also the author of numerous books and articles, so many that the list consumes eight pages.

What we have here, folks, is an expert. And this incredibly knowledgeable professional tells me he deplores, excoriates and damns all requirements to wear masks.

Mr. Fariello has many medical reasons for his objections; an especially egregious one is that masks  increase our intake of carbon dioxide, impairing us mentally (hmmm: would that explain Progressives? Aren’t they born with masks?). When a person who’s been wearing one for several hours climbs behind the wheel, disaster impends because the imbalance of gasses affects his reactions:

Let’s suppose I am doing 60 miles per hour. That is about 90 feet per second. Suppose I see a hazard in the road and must jam on my brakes. Assume it takes me under normal conditions 1.5 seconds to apply the brake once I identify the hazard and react to it. What if something causes enlargement of this “perception/reaction” time? For example, suppose CO2 induced degradation of my cognition and related driver skills causes enlargement of the perception/reaction time to 2.0 seconds? The extra half second adds 45 feet to the time it takes me to hit the brakes. That extra 45 feet can lead to all kinds of property destruction and personal injury including death.

Reduction of cognitive ability can cause tragic accidents using cutting saws, forklift trucks, electrical devices, etc.

Plus, the body doesn’t instantly recover upon removing the mask: it takes time for the carbon dioxide to return to correct levels and for cognitive abilities to revive.

Mr. F particularly worries about lower-level employees whose bosses—and Rulers—compel them to suffocate:

I talked to a cash register clerk in Publix supermarket today, and then subsequently a register clerk in Walgreens. They both told me the same horror story; to wit:

1) Every employee in the store was sick from the masks, suffering from brutal headaches, dizziness and exhaustion

 2) None of the workers felt they could take much more “mask abuse.”

Therefore, they are all suffering from symptoms of hypercapnia (excess CO2) in their blood. We know that excess CO2 causes acidosis of the blood. When the blood becomes acidic, the immune system becomes depressed. …

What a fascinating process! Force everybody to wear masks. Make them sick from the masks. Drive them into hospitals and doctors’ offices. Claim that COVID numbers are escalating. Just about everybody will have COVID in their blood with no adverse effects. So the CASE numbers will go up as more testing is done. The death numbers however are not there.

Ah, but they will be—from traffic fatalities when these woozy workers drive home from their shifts.
