LRC’s Readers Wax Poetic

Astoundingly, the propaganda at “Dear Vaccine…a Global Community Poem” inspired several of LRC’s readers.

Alex Zoumaras posted an ode on the site. As of now, his contribution still shines there among the garbage, despite my fears the administrator would promptly purge it (click “Responses,” upper right, and search for “Alex”):

Dear Vaccine,

We hope you are safe and effective

While you are still in trial stage it is far too early to know

We would hate to see health sacrificed to line crony pockets with dough

With you we are promised freedom

You, developed at warp speed

But free we are until it is taken by those with psychotic greed.

They said there are no other therapies

Allowing your emergency use

But they knew about HCQ and Ivermectin yet withheld the truth

So here we are, some still in fear and distanced

Even those who have taken your jab

No end in sight, only variants, and the promise of another stab

Anti-social was to be vanquished

By this new mRNA technology

If after you maskerading in the New Abnormal is still required, you are simply folly.

Apparently, Alex is a glutton for punishment: he not only contributed his own effort to “Dear Vaccine,” he perused other droppings—sorry, offerings on the site. His review:

There is “artistic” license to be considered, but some made me sad and angry for what the New Abnormal has done to people and others are more pathetically lauding the vax as the answer to humanity, and its makers as heroes.

Unfortunately, Ferd Burfle wasn’t as subtle as Alex, and his effort disappeared almost as soon as he posted it (he included a screen-shot to verify that his immortal words did indeed briefly illuminate “Dear Vaccine’s” darkness):

VACCINE, PLEASE…

My child was killed by the Moderna shot Damn!

I liked her a lot. She was so cute; she was my fave

Now she’s a-moldering in her grave.

Smooth clear skin, with pretty dimples

And then she exploded, like a bursting pimple.

Lest you mourn Ms. Burfle’s untimely passing, Ferd advises, “This didn’t really happen.  She’s fine.”

Which is more than we can say for the victims of “Dear Vaccine’s” agitprop on behalf of lethal needles.
