LRC Is Good for Your Eyes

August 24, 2015

Writes Mark Thornton:

I have been using reading glasses to read and edit Word documents in track changes mode (which makes to font smaller) since this summer. Yesterday while reading an article on LRC, “Five tricks to combat the middle-age decline,” I came across a link to Ray Gottlieb’s ‘Read Without Glasses’ method. It is basically a simple eye exercise, but after about 20 minutes I no longer needed the reading glasses! Amazing and simple!
