- Christopher J. Murphy, Director of Public Safety, $146,908.74
- Barry O. Crabb, Director of Finance, $144,948.54
- Ernest N. Finley Jr., Police Chief, $139.623.95
The fifth highest salary is interesting. Purser L. McLeod Jr., Executive Assistant to the Mayor is paid $137,934.78 yearly while his boss, mayor Todd Strange, is “only” paid $95,000 per year. Pretty good pay for Montgomery, Alabama.
