The defeat of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor should not be seen as some sort of libertarian shift in the GOP. The vile warmonger Lindsey Graham was not defeated in his primary election. Does it really matter whether the 7th congressional district of Virginia is represented by Eric Cantor or Dave Brat? Does it really matter whether the House Majority Leader is Eric Cantor or the newly elected Kevin McCarthy? I answer those questions here.
