Good day Dr. Block, I hope you’ve had a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
I have been reading up on your argument for Evictionism, please excuse my ignorance but it seems to me that your view considers an unwanted embryo an aggressor, both pre and post viability, but wouldn’t engaging in hetrosexual intercourse while knowing that no birth control method is 100% guaranteed, in a way an invitation? akin to me offering a choice between 100 keys to a homeless person, only one of which opens the door to my property, if he would to pick out the correct key, would eviction be an appropriate response hear given that in that situation a reasonable tenancy would be for example 1 month in this hypothetical, 9 months in the case of pregnancy, I am sure that you have gotten this counter argument before or at least some variation of it.
I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction for the answer or to get your answer for it outright, thank you very much in advance.

You offer a very powerful challenge.
The answer is as follows.
In order for an invitation to be offered, even an implicit one, there must be two people: an invitor, and an invitee. Implicit in your challenge is that the mother invited the fetus into her body by engaging in sexual intercourse,which she knew had a small chance of failure of birth control. However, at the time of intercourse, there was no fetus yet in existence. It takes from 30 minutes to several hours for the sperm to enter the egg. Only then can there be an invitee.
