Every Flood Begins With One Drop

Detention center Officer Isaac Legaretta is suing his supervisors and a county manager in New Mexico because of a Doña Ana County mandate put in place for all employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The officer’s attorney Ana Garner, who works for nonprofit New Mexico Stands Up!, was also notified by the county that he would be terminated for refusing the vaccine.

No doubt “Officer” Legaretta doesn’t want to forego his generous bennies, courtesy of the taxpayers, whether a cushy and lengthy retirement, years of “sick days,” coffee breaks that stretch and stretch, beating an inmate or two when the stress gets to him, etc.  But still, it’s heartening to see one of Leviathan’s own suing the beast over this unspeakable tyranny, isn’t it? And it’s—hey, wait a minute… Look over there… what’s…? Um, is that a wall of water on the horizon?… RUN! It’s a tsunami  of lawsuits, heading this way!
