McCoy (University of Wisconsin-Madison) delivers a fascinating lecture entitled “Epistemology of Empire: Asian Wars, Information Regimes, and the Future of US Global Power.” The celebrated historian McCoy boldly takes us into the future examining American imperial decline while delineating the three information technology regimes which have led the State to this current nexus.
