Today the Supreme Court provided one small victory in the war to re-establish Fourth and Ninth Amendment protection of the right to privacy. Next the court needs to rule that the entire National Security State, established since 1947, is unconstitutional, dismantling the NSA, DIA, and CIA and their “public-private” network of surreptitious spies, spooks, and snoopers preying upon the American people and murdering untold millions around the globe.
