By Their Petitions Ye Shall Know Them

Does BioLogos believe that God is the creator?” asks a “Christian” website by that name.

I had clicked on it because Jerome Barber warned me about a petition this organization is sponsoring that endorses the “science” of the plandemic while urging Christians to obey not God but earthly authorities. That set me to wondering what “What [BioLogos] Believe[s].” No surprise: it “invites the church and the world to see the harmony between science and biblical faith as we present an evolutionary understanding of God’s creation.” And that despite evolutionary theory’s directly contradicting Holy Writ as well as the evil resulting from Darwin’s blasphemy. Yet these folks blithely promote his filth: “Yes, all Christians believe [that God is the creator]; the question is, how did God create? … We who hold to the perspective of evolutionary creation … believe the evidence shows that the process of evolution is the best explanation for how God created.”

Breathtaking, isn’t it? The Bible explicitly describes how God created the heavens and the earth; it provides details, including the agenda for each day of creation. “Christians” who scorn the sacred text in these matters deny not only Genesis but also such verses as “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God.” All of it, including the first-hand account of Creation.

And of course, logically, BioLogos hasn’t a leg to stand on: if only some of the Bible is true, how do we know which parts aren’t? Are other passages besides Genesis gargantuan whoppers? And if God, the Bible’s Author, lies, how dare He condemn us for our sins? How do we know that Jesus Christ was His Son? Meanwhile, the Resurrection becomes just another fairy tale.

We have a word for “Christians” who espouse such claptrap: heretics. Nor should we be surprised when they bow at the altar of “Science” with their demonic petition. They are about as far from Christian as they can get, worshipping their false (and corrupted) god and the government that perverted it.
