. . . when it comes to defamation law.  Tucker Carlson just interviewed attorney Libby Locke who informed him that there is a federal law that exempts ALL federal employees from defamation suits (not just members of Congress).  They were discussing a tweet by a member of Congress that defamed the Covington Catholic School students that is not actionable because of this law.  (Libby Locke is the attorney who represented the University of Virginia dean in her successful defamation suit regarding the fake rape story a few years ago in Rolling Stone in which the magazine claimed that the former dean of students essentially turned a blind eye to rape on her campus).
