Banning Jobs

The mayor of the city of Apopka, Florida, north of Orlando, tried to get a six-month ban on new fast-food restaurants opening in the city. Thank God the City Commission rejected the mayor’s proposal to ban jobs. No one would second the mayor’s motion. Too bad the mayor doesn’t want to ban all the red-light cameras that Apopka is notorious for.
