Yes. The US Constitution is a failure. It is just words on paper. A document cannot fail unless people refuse to enforce it or refute it. People in power have refuted the US Constitution. Israel attacks Iran, and Trump calls a meeting in the White House. Why didn’t he call Netanyahu? Because Trump is a cowardly lion.

The US Constitution and the people who wrote it failed. They failed to write a document and create a republic that protected our liberty.
