War With Iran Less Likely Under Trump, Says Scholar

November 26, 2024

Writes Ginny Garner:

Lew,

Ron Paul is a dedicatee of the 2018 book “Skin in the Game: Hidden Asymmetrics in Daily Life” by scholar and philosophical essayist Professor Nassim Nicholas Taleb. The other dedicatee is Ralph Nader who recently interviewed Taleb on his podcast about Israel’s wars on Gaza and in Lebanon. Nader is still an activist at age 90 and a strong critic of Netanyahu. Taleb says Israel’s supporters are getting smaller and Hezbollah is getting stronger; the Palestinians are descendants of the biblical Hebrews; and a US war with Iran is less likely under Trump despite his neocon “cabinet of curiosities” nominee picks. Very interesting interview that starts at 3:05 and ends at 23:45.
