Writes Steve Berger:
I have read several articles, watched many videos on the childrens defense fund, Americas front line doctors, etc, including the Belgian doctor’s video alluded to in Whitney’s article today that was reprinted on your website today Lew.
I was profoundly skeptical of the vaccine claims from day one on the basis of 1) the politicized nature of Covid, especially the claims of Operation Warp Speed, which seemed to defy the normal multi-year period for the testing of any vaccine 2) the crony capitalist structure of the development of Covid vaccine, where the government was subsidizing big pharma to the tune of billions while insulating big pharma from all liability associated with the vaccine. In essence I don’t gravitate to risk/reward structures where someone gets all the reward and bears no risk and 3) the emergence of therapeutics and supplements as a way to handle Covid symptoms and hence obviate the need of any “vaccine”, especially in risk cohorts with a barely recognizable statistical risk of getting seriously ill or dying. Why would low risk groups take or ultimately be required to take a “vaccine” with known and unknown risks when their risk of dying from or having anything worse than a typical flu is a rounding error?
However, I think I finally had my Eureka moment in putting everything together after reading the two articles you posted today by Mike Whitney (Operation Vaxx-All Deplorables) and by Dr. Mercola (Covid 19 Vaccines are Gene Therapy). For me, they answer the question Murray Rothbard always posed in reviewing historical or political controversies, Cui bono? It is now eminently clear that it is the government and big pharma and by extension their media cheerleaders. If as Mercola asserts, the vaccine is not a vaccine but simply a gene therapy that may help diminish symptoms at the individual level, but not ensure that the vaccinated person is rendered immune from the disease nor inhibit transmission of the virus, then these “vaccines” will likely become yearly or frequent phenomenon, which will be of immense benefit financially to big pharma and also to government (we can never relax our vigiliance and covid type relief will be a permanent structure of the fiscal and monetary regime). Perhaps the fact that the vaccines don’t confer immunity or inhibit transmission could be why Fauci et al keep asserting that if you have been vaccinated, you still need to mask up and observe social distancing measures, ie they know it really isn’t a traditional vaccine. Of course, divining the intent of Fauci is difficult given his many flip-flops on Covid the past year.
The Whitney article is perhaps even more frightening because it implies that the vaccine not only isn’t effective but in fact may be counterproductive and lead to greater transmission or the emergence of mutations?! If that is true, big pharm, insulated from liability, and the government will be involved in a forever war against the invisible and mutating virus. It will be akin to the forever war on terror with no limits and no end in sight and a terrific opportunity for misinformation and censorship to shield the perpetrators. The Whitney article and my derived implications thereof of course is redolent of conspiracy theory. I usually resist conspiracy theory arguments because they often imply that the perpetrators are incredibly smart and/or incredibly evil, and I try to maintain a more optimistic outlook on the human race. But, I now have a clearer picture, thanks to these articles, of the financial and political incentives for the vaccine mania. The truly scary part is that the idea of vaccine passports being required for enjoying life will gain legal momentum. Hopefully, there is a decent chance that our Supreme Court may revisit the Jacobsen decision in response to the imposition of a vaccination precondition for employment, travel etc.
