The USSR collapsed in 1991, did the USA enter into “conversation” with Russia, NO.  What would the military-industrial  complex do without an enemy? “ We the People” have little to say.  Ever since the end of WW2, the US has been at war in every decade, for what purpose?

It is obvious we need a good “house cleaning” here in the US.
