Tucker Carlson Smacks Down Ben Shapiro at TPUSA AMFEST

Charlie Kirk had already selected the speakers for TPUSA AMFEST which began on 12/18 and, despite intense protests from donors, Tucker Carlson still appeared on stage. But first Ben Shapiro attacked Candace Owens for having questions about the assassination of her friend Charlie, calling it “baseless trash.” Shapiro equated Tucker’s failure to condemn Owens for investigating Kirk’s murder with cowardice. (Tucker has said he does not believe the FBI official narrative.) Shapiro’s attempt to posture himself to the audience as the epitome of truth and morality was shattered when a student asked Shapiro (at 1:33 in the video) why, if he purports to believe in the truth, he called the June 8,1967 unprovoked and deliberate Israeli attack on the USS Liberty “irrelevant.” Shapiro lied that the attack, which killed 34 and wounded 174 American servicemen, was an accident. He then questioned the student’s motive for making the inquiry.
Tucker’s speech (it starts at 2:56) is worth watching in its entirety. He preaches the gospel; denounces the killing of 10,000s of Palestinian children in Gaza as un-Christian; says the killing of innocents, whether in Minneapolis or Gaza, is wrong; calls for America First policies; says God is not on any particular country’s side; opposes war; condemns power or money worship; and attacks the ADL for leading the agenda against white men. At 3:32 Tucker takes one of many swipes at Shapiro for questioning the motives of the student who asked about Israel trying to sink an American ship, the USS Liberty. Tucker said his friend Charlie was under a lot of pressure from his donors but he wouldn’t be silenced and that he was killed because of this. Tucker said he is willing to die for this cause too.
