Trump: ‘You’re Fired!’

President Trump has fired more than 500 Veterans Administration officials. In watching politics since 1956, I do not recall any wholesale firings in one department on this scale. The VA has been a disaster for decades. Let’s hope there are even more firings. “Send them a message!”
There are only three things that bureaucrats fear: bad publicity that Is accurate, getting fired, and budget cuts. At least we got mass firings. Over 500 bureaucrats have been made justifiably miserable. Let us be thankful for small victories.
