He told me he had taken a walk to see the gigantic crowds and wondered, hilariously, “Where’s the Lockdown?“ LA has been one of the worst cities, thanks to the power-mad Newsom and Garcetti. But no one has mentioned COVID or masks or social distancing or Safer at Home, etc. for days. It’s all different propaganda now.
