Writes Christine Ross, PCA:
Greetings from Virginia Beach, Virginia, home of the largest naval jet base on the East Coast,
Thanks for your articles on the military.
When you live in this town, you do learn a thing or two about being a pilot.
One of them is that being a pilot is very demanding physically
and it WILL cause permanent damage due to the difficulties of increased gravitational force.
You don’t want an expectant mother in a cockpit for that reason.
It is unreasonable to expect a child to survive such an event.
Or is that the idea?
Keep up the good work.
P.S. When you have “transgender surgery,” I have heard it said that the level of damage causes medical discharge from the military as a result.
Perhaps it was different in the case of Bradley Manning.
