I couldn’t begin to make a legal argument on this matter, one side or the other, but I suspect nearly everyone knows what actual justice looks like, even if they lie to the contrary.

I wouldn’t doubt for a minute that the majority opinion is technically correct, but misses the point entirely. The argument is made in a vacuum, with the decision moot. The United States government long ago abrogated the people’s right to nationhood by not enforcing immigration law, and has thus nothing meaningful to say about it.

It is now rank obscenity, with more than the population of the entirety of our nation’s most populous city, more than ten million souls during the duration of one presidential term.

Anyone who says this isn’t intentional is either a liar or capable of near-infinite credulity.
