The discrimination issue, the employment/firing issue and a host of other societal/economic issues can all be resolved in a libertarian society that recognizes the inviolable nature of private property rights. All those issues disappear when property owners reserve the right to use their property in any manner they see fit without violating the non-aggression principle. But when property rights are left up to the whims of the courts we have endless bickering and lawsuits, with ultimately the society’s capital and wealth declining.
