I am not sure if this idea has been floated yet. Once the hysteria subsides a little the endless MSM chatter will inevitably turn to “analysis”. This will include grading who reacted the best, as in, the fastest and most totalitarian. But I am going to bet that at some point the root cause of the “crises” will eventually be liked to “climate change”.  And you know “all the experts will agree”.
