As a woman, I can say that Schiff is spot on about men and women. Absolutely.
In fact my 24 year old daughter, who graduated two years, ago just broke up with her 3 year boyfriend who still has his parents paying for his car payments etc. Just wants to play video games all the time. He has zero ambition,q while she is moving up in her own career and has a strong work ethic.
