Pentagon Declaration

So Lew, if the Pentagon just declared climate change a national security threat, does that mean their official position is to downsize the military, discontinue use of uranium depleted munitions, troop deployments, and ultimately the cessation of war?  Considering that the the US Military is one of the largest global polluters on the planet. 

I just wish they declared this when I was deployed to Afghanistan breathing in the fresh air of death, burn pits, and despair!
