At the 23:00 mark, the documentary explores the German colony of Puyahapi. The colonists founded Puyahapi in 1935. They were fleeing poverty in post-Weimar Germany, where Hitler had just come to power. Puyahapi sounds like a very Libertarian community.

I like the entrepreneur who uses fresh water from a glacier to raise trout and make beer. The Germans are very industrious and smart.
