So the entire War Party in the House, otherwise known as the GOP. voted in effect to make further war on Iran. The only exception was Thomas Massie (R-KY), who voted present, for, he said, constitutional reasons: only the Senate can approve or disapprove of treaties. (Thanks to Diogenes)
